Delete your account

This page lets you request deletion of your ShamXeers Data Plug account and the personal data linked to it, as required by the Google Play Data safety and User Data policies. You can also email support@shamxeers.com from your registered address.

What gets deleted

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Your login credentials and saved beneficiaries
  • Device identifiers and diagnostic data linked to you

What we must keep

  • Transaction and payment records, for up to 7 years
  • Kept only to satisfy Nigerian financial regulations
  • Anonymised or deleted once the period expires

Requests are verified against your account details and completed within 30 days. Any remaining wallet balance is paid out before deletion.
